Building a Life Around Movement, Community, and Freedom

Right now, I’m in the middle of building something that didn’t start as a single business idea—but as a lifestyle problem.

For years, I worked full-time as a nurse. Long shifts. High stress. Good pay, but limited freedom. Like many people, I followed the script: work hard, save, repeat. Somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t want to wait decades to start living intentionally.

So instead of chasing one “big startup,” I’m building an ecosystem—a set of connected brands centered around movement, community, and freedom.

Orion Asia: Hybrid Fitness Events

At the core is Orion Asia, a premium hybrid fitness events brand in the Philippines. Think running meets functional strength. Inspired by formats like HYROX and Spartan, but designed to be more accessible, modern, and community-driven.

The flagship format is Flow-8:8 workout stations, running segments in between, and a final endurance push that rewards both strength and cardio. It’s not about being elite—it’s about showing up, testing yourself, and leaving better.

This is where the community starts.

FlowPH: The Community Layer

To support that community, I’m building FlowPH—a lifestyle and meetup platform designed for the Philippines first. It’s meant to connect runners, gym-goers, surfers, and everyday people who want more movement and real-world connection in their lives.

Events, run clubs, workouts, coffee meetups—FlowPH is the digital layer that ties it all together.

Waveform: Coffee, Laundry, and Community

Movement needs places to gather. That’s where Waveform comes in.

• Waveform Coffee Co. – a surf- and fitness-inspired café concept

• Waveform Laundry & Coffee Co. – a practical, community-first laundromat + coffee setup in Metro Manila

These aren’t just businesses. They’re physical hubs—places where people train, recover, work, and connect.

Apparel & Fuel (Coming Next)

Down the line, I’m launching:

• Orion Asia apparel – premium, functional, but priced for Southeast Asia

• WaveFuel – a clean energy drink concept built for active lifestyles

Not rushed. Not forced. Only when the community is ready.

Why I’m Doing This

I’m not trying to build unicorns or chase hype.

I’m building:

• A life with more freedom

• Businesses that reflect how I actually live

• Communities that value health, movement, and presence

This is messy. It’s early. I’m still learning as I go. But I’d rather build slowly, intentionally, and in public—than stay comfortable and wonder “what if.”
